8.1 The right to information

If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.

You have the right to be informed of these recipients by the entity responsible for the processing.

The law applicable to these terms and conditions and legal notice shall be Belgian law.


If any clause of this legal notice and privacy policy is declared invalid, or conflicts with an earlier or later text or legislation, this will not affect the validity of the rest of these provisions, unless this was the explicit intention of the parties.
